UKRAINE - SCAM LEADER
Ukraine is unfortunately becoming a world leader in Scamming. North America is their next target - the problems are just beginning. The criminal energy of Nigerian and Indian scammers is childs-play in comparison. We are informed by people in Canada that they are already starting to experience the ukraine scammer wave, and understand why the everyday Russian is badly disposed towards Ukraine.
Wheras India has been the leader in Tech Support scams, Nigeria in "fake prince" and money transfer scams, Ukraine scammers are versatile across all varieties of scams. It is seemingly a lucrative "business" with scammers globally reaping
around $1.3 trillion in 2023. And this is just reported figures. The real damage may be twice this.
Horrific is the damage that scamming does to individuals, businesses, communities and the economies. What seems to be indifferent to scammers - apart from all the other damage - is the damage it does to their own country's reputation.
UKRAINE - THE ENEMY WITHIN
While brave soldiers are fighting on the front lines and ordinary Ukranian citizens are struggling to survive, and in some cases dying, many of the worst enemies the Ukraine has are
hiding in plain sight. The bravery of the Ukraine is being usurped by scammers. The scammers diminish the image of the Ukraine to a point where people who formerly supported the Ukraine, become ambivilent to what is happening in Ukraine. Or if they have fallen victim to Ukranian scammers, turn against the Ukraine.
Im the scammer olympics, Ukraine is pulling ahead of Nigeria and India.
Ukraine at the moment needs all the friends it can get, yet it is loosing friends through all these scamming activities. One by one countries loose enthusiasm to fund the Ukraine as more of a countries citizens
are scammed, and the huge pot of goodwill for the Ukraine empties.
Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Zelenskyy and the Ukranian people need to become cogniscant of this enemy within approaching on their blind side.
It is TREASON what the scammers are doing to their homeland.
UKRAINIAN SURROGACY SCAMS
As already mentioned, this highly pernicious scam is the reason we are moving into the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and starting a Surrogacy Clinic, in order to ensure that intended parents achieve their dreams. Surrogacy scams are the most lucrative of scams for these gangs, and the most damaging - in many ways - for the victims. Inside Ukraine there have been some small crackdowns resulting in the gangs starting to move to other countries.

UKRANIAN DATING / MARRIAGE SCAMS
There seems to be no limit to the amount of Ukranian dating
sites you can find on the internet.
A romance / online dating scam, is when a person gets tricked into believing
they're in a romantic relationship with someone they met online, when in
fact their online connection is a cybercriminal using a fake identity to
gain enough of their trust to ask - or blackmail - them for money. Ukraine
scammers go even further and set up entire fake dating websites.
Recent years, have witnessed a significant surge in online dating, with
Ukraine becoming a prominent player in the digital romance scam arena. Ukraine
dating sites becoming a hotspot for various types of scams, exploiting the
desire for finding lasting romantic connections. Scammers create fake profiles
with stolen or fabricated identities, including stolen photographs of very
attractive younger women.
It is estimated that online romance scams cost victims around $500 million
per year, a stark reminder of the risks that accompany the search for love
in the virtual world, and the need for vigilance and awareness in the ever-evolving
landscape of digital love connections.
A dating scam typically begins with the scammer creating a fake profile
on a dating site or social media platform. Scammers fabricate attractive
and convincing personas, luring unsuspecting individuals into a false sense
of connection and affection. The scammer's ultimate goal is obviously financial
gain, achieved by manipulating the victim's emotions.
The tactics used by scammers are varied and sophisticated. Scammers usually
play the long game, build trust over time, often communicating for months
before asking for money. As the long distance "relationship" progresses,
the scammer will concoct scenarios requiring financial assistance, such
as medical emergencies, travel expenses, or business troubles, preying on
the victim's willingness to help their imaginary partner. Requests for gift
cards and wire transfers are the most common methods used by victims to
send money to scammers. These methods are favored by scammers due to the
difficulty in tracing and reversing the transactions. Some scammers attempt
more sinister tactics like blackmail. They may persuade victims to share
intimate photos or information, which they then use as leverage for extortion.
By remaining vigilant, you can better protect yourself from scams. Prioritizing
your safety is key to ensuring a positive and secure online dating experience.
Just because it says something on the Internet, does not mean its true.
Ditto for Surrogacy scams!

UKRANIAN CHARITY SCAMS
What kind of low-lives are stealing support destined for their own suffering countrymen? Scammers on social media are taking advantage of people's good natures and desire to help those affected by the war in Ukraine by steering them to sites where they can send their money to help people desperately in need of food, shelter, medical care and clothing. However, these supposed charity to which you send your money may not be legitimate; instead, it could be an elaborate scam run by fraudsters. Scammers are also spoofing charitable websites and sending emails and text messages that appear genuine. While charitable giving, especially in a time of crisis, is a noble and compassionate act, you should be on guard for possible scams.
Ways To Avoid Becoming A Victim Of A Ukrainian Crisis Charity Scam. Here are some ways to safeguard sending money intended to help victims of the Ukrainian crisis from getting into the hands of scammers:
- • Be cautious of charities that have been created since the invasion began.
- • Research the charity online. You can also use resources such as the Better Business Bureau's (BBB) Wise Giving Alliance (give.org).
- • Always access a charity via the internet and not a link from an email. But beware, scammers also spoof real organisations - like a fake Red Cross website.
- • Be suspicious of high-pressure pitches and requests to wire your money right away.
- • Get specific responses from the charity about exactly how your donation will be used. Vague responses are often indicative of a scam.
- • It may be best to find an established charity, with a good reputation, in your Region / Country to donate to rather than a "charity" directly in the Ukraine
- • If charitable organizations or individuals you do not know contact you by phone, unsolicited emails, or text messages for donations and request your personal or financial information, definitely do not provide it.
- • Propper charities will never ask that you make your donation by posting cash, send gift cards, Bitcoin, or money wires (.eg. Western Union).

UKRAINIAN INVESTMENT SCAMS
There are thought to be hundreds – if not thousands – of scam call centres in Ukraine. Ukraine’s GDP has shrunk by 30% since the war broke out.
Most of the money generated through scam call centres, however, does not benefit Ukraine’s faltering economy, as it is siphoned off by criminal groups into the offshore world or cryptocurrencies, evading tax.
Like many crimes of this kind, it is often seen as victimless. However, this is not the case – billions of dollars are stolen every year from victims, some of whom have taken their own lives after being scammed. There is only one real winner, organized crime.
Scammers use convincing marketing and new technology to make their investment sound too good to miss. They promise you big payouts with little or no risk. They often use pressure tactics to get you to act fast, so they can steal your money.
Many of the tactics with investment scams are utilised in surrogacy scams, such as, initial small payments, and once they think you are hooked, squeeze as much money out of the victim as possible

It is runoured that many Ukranian "refugees" have returned to Ukraine but have found ways to impropperly still draw welfare payments from Germany?
-Apparently around 200'000 Ukranian men of Military age are in Germany, living off the German welfare system. Many think that they should be defending their country.
- Even high ranking members of the Ukraine Military are scamming their own organisation.
